Mothertongue wins Impact Award as a Highly Commended Charity



On Thursday April 29th Mothertongue collected an Impact Award.

The Impact Awards, sponsored by Glaxo Smith Kline and The King’s Fund are highly prestigious with nominees vying for the top accolade.

From 350 entrants Mothertongue was selected as 3 of the Highly Commended. A further 10 charities were selected as winners with The Hale Project from Yorkshire being recognised as the overall winner of 2010.

£5,000 was awarded to each of the Highly Commended group. The Science Museum in London was the setting for the Awards Ceremony.
